I fixed this issue by doing the following:

1) When running fdisk -l, you will see /dev/sda, which is your SD card
2) Run fdisk /dev/sda
3) Delete any current partition tables, write a new single primary partition table
4) Write changes
5) Issue mkfs.ext4 /dev/sda1
6) Reboot

Hi, If i make fdisk i don't view the sd card.
root@Pineapple:/dev/sdcard# fdisk -l /dev/sda
fdisk: can't open '/dev/sda': No medium found

but if i connect a usb stick normal (NO mini sd) i view:
Disk /dev/sdb: 8086 MB, 8086618112 bytes
37 heads, 13 sectors/track, 32836 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 481 * 512 = 246272 bytes

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sdb1 4 32837 7896136 b Win95 FAT32

Please use the webinterface to format your SD card (Advanced -> USB -> dropdown: Format SD card).

Then simply reboot your WiFi pineapple NANO.
